Processing, Handling, and Shipping Policy

I am committed to delivering the highest quality fine art prints. To ensure this, I collaborate with a professional printing lab renowned for their expertise and state-of-the-art equipment.

Order Processing & Handling

I carefully process all orders to ensure the highest quality.

I work with a professional lab to produce each print, guaranteeing exceptional color accuracy and longevity.

Processing time varies depending on the size and complexity of the print:

  1. Standard sizes (up to 16x20 inches): 3-5 business days

  2. Large prints (20x30 inches and above): 5-7 business days

  3. Custom sizes, special editions, or very large artwork: 7-21 business days, depending on size and complexity.

  4. Each print is meticulously inspected before packaging.

  5. Acid-free materials are used to protect your print during shipping.

  6. Prints are carefully rolled (for larger sizes) or flat-packed (for smaller sizes) to prevent damage.

Shipping

  1. After processing, orders are shipped via trusted carriers.

  2. Estimated shipping times 3-7 days.

  3. For large or custom orders requiring freight shipping, delivery times may vary.

  4. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Large Size, Custom Size Products, and Large Quantity Orders

The following types of orders may require freight shipping or additional fees:

  • Products over 40" long that are shipped flat, such as Metal Prints or Arcylic Prints.

  • Custom Sizes that require special handling.

  • Large quantities that require bulky packaging.

  • I will provide quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

  • 2-Day and Overnight shipping methods are not available for Acrylic Prints larger than 40x60".

After you place your order, I will personally contact you to:

  • Confirm the details of your order

  • Provide an estimated shipping duration based on your location and print size

  • Address any special requests or concerns

Return Policy

I stand behind the quality of my prints. If you receive a damaged product, I’m here to help:

  1. Returns are accepted for damaged products only.

  2. If you receive a damaged print, please contact me immediately.

  3. Include clear photos of the damage when you reach out.

  4. I'll review your claim and work with you to ship a replacement product.

My goal is to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. I appreciate your understanding that returns are limited to cases of product damage to maintain the integrity of my limited edition prints.
